The book
Buying The Other Side of the Table gives you a personal licence to read and use it. Please don't redistribute, resell or republish it. If a colleague would find it useful, send them to the book page.
The book is published by Ferhan under @ferhanafterhours. The experiences and views in it are personal and do not represent any employer.
Resume Review & Editing
The service is a personal review and edit of one existing English resume, up to 2 pages, for one target role, for a one-time fee of RM59. It is delivered entirely by email. There are no calls or appointments.
Every review also includes a copy of The Other Side of the Table, emailed to you once payment is confirmed. It is licensed to you personally on the same terms as the book above: please don’t redistribute or resell it. Because it is delivered immediately and in full, its value is accounted for in the refund terms.
Payment, sending your resume and a complete brief are separate steps. I reply within 2 working days of receiving your resume and answers. The first draft is delivered within 5 working days of the point at which I have all the information I need, and I confirm that date by email. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays.
You receive edited Word and PDF files with a brief explanation of the changes. One consolidated revision is included if you request it within 7 calendar days of the first draft, for the same target role and scope. A new target role, substantial additional work history, translation, a cover letter or a LinkedIn rewrite is not included. Errors introduced during editing are corrected without using your revision.
Everything in your resume must be true and yours to claim. I edit what you tell me and confirm; I do not invent experience, achievements or figures. The service cannot guarantee an interview, a job offer, or acceptance by any applicant tracking system.
Training
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell training. A booking exists only once a written proposal has been accepted and confirmed in writing.
Corporate training is in development and is not currently available to book. Registering interest places you under no obligation and costs nothing. We make no claim at this time that training booked through Bold Shift Advisory is claimable against your HRD Corp levy.
