No. The review, clarification questions, delivery and revision are all handled by email. There are no scheduled sessions.
Do you use AI?
Yes. My professional background is in banking. When your work falls outside that experience, I use AI to help me understand your industry, job scope and terminology. This helps me ask more informed questions. I confirm your actual responsibilities with you and personally review and edit your resume based on the information you provide.
I already bought the guide. Am I paying for it twice?
No. The price is RM59 either way, and it always has been: the guide is included rather than added on. You will receive the files again, which does no harm, and if you would rather not have the duplicate, just ignore that email. Your original copy is unaffected.
What happens to my resume after the review?
Your resume and answers are kept for 90 days after your review is finished, then deleted. Ask sooner and they go sooner. While I am working on it, I may enter parts of your resume, and sometimes the whole document, into an AI tool to understand an unfamiliar industry. The privacy notice sets out exactly what is stored, where, and who else sees it.
What does the revision include?
One consolidated list of changes, sent within 7 calendar days of receiving your first draft. It covers corrections and wording changes for the same target role and agreed scope. A new target role, substantial additional work history, translation, a cover letter or a LinkedIn rewrite is not included. If I introduce an error while editing, I fix it without using up your revision.
What if you need more information from me?
That is normal, and it is how the editing gets specific. I email focused questions and you reply when you can. The draft timing starts once I have what I need, and I confirm your delivery date by email at that point.
When does the 5-working-day turnaround start?
Once I have your resume and all the necessary information, not at payment and not simply when the form is sent. I reply within 2 working days of receiving your details, and confirm the draft date once the brief is complete. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays.
What if my resume needs more work than this?
This package covers an existing English resume up to 2 pages for one target role. Longer resumes, executive CVs, translations and substantial career changes need a scope check before payment. Email me first and I’ll tell you what is possible.
Which files can I upload?
A PDF or a Word .docx file, up to 5 MB, without a password. Older .doc files, images and macro-enabled documents cannot be accepted. If a file does not work, you can upload another one at no extra cost.
Will this guarantee an interview, or get past every ATS?
No. No service can guarantee an interview or acceptance by every applicant tracking system. The focus is clear content, straightforward formatting and experience that is relevant to your target role.
How does payment and refund work?
You pay RM59 once, through toyyibPay by FPX online banking or card, with no extra charges from us. Once I start work the fee is not refundable for a change of mind. If I cannot deliver, or you are charged twice, you get a full refund. Read the refund policy.
