The book

The Other Side of the Table is a digital product, delivered by email within a minute or two of payment. Because you receive the whole thing immediately, it is not sold on approval and we do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind after reading it.

When you will be refunded

If you paid and nothing arrived, or a file is corrupted, damaged or will not open, and we cannot put it right for you, you get your money back in full. That is our failure, not your risk.

If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate is refunded in full. Every payment is recorded against an order reference, so this is straightforward to check.

Anything else, write to ferhanjohar@boldshiftadvisory.com and tell us what happened. Genuine problems get sorted out. We would rather hear from you than have you sit there unhappy about RM20.

Refunds go back to the account that paid, through toyyibPay. Depending on your bank this usually takes between three and ten working days.

If the email never arrived

Start here before thinking about a refund, because this is almost always fixable in minutes. Check spam and promotions first. If it is still missing, write to us with the order reference from your confirmation page and the files will be sent again. Your order is recorded whether the email reached you or not, so nothing is ever lost and nothing is charged twice.

Resume Review & Editing

This is a personal service. Once you send your resume I start reading it and working on it, so the fee is not refundable because you have changed your mind.

You get a full refund if I cannot deliver the service to you. You also get a full refund of the duplicate if you were charged twice for one order; every payment is recorded against an order reference, so this is straightforward to check.

If your resume turns out to need more than this package covers, I will tell you by email and we will agree what to do. Usually that means I do the work anyway, within reason.

Corporate training

Corporate training is in development and cannot currently be booked or paid for, so there is nothing to refund. When it becomes available, cancellation terms will be set out in the proposal for that engagement.
